Public Art Tour: Singapore Deviation
Special edition in collaboration with URA’s Draft Master Plan 2025 Exhibition
Sat 20 September | 4.30pm – 6.30pm
Meet at 63 Commonwealth Drive (this tour will end at Great World City)
Free (registration required)

Embark on an art-inspired journey and let SAM’s public art team take you on an exploration of the Rail Corridor’s transformation from colonial railway to wildlife corridor and recreational trail through the works of three artists: Sookoon Ang, Hilmi Johandi and Tan Pin Pin.
In collaboration with URA’s Draft Masterplan (DMP) 2025 Exhibition, discover ways in which art is introduced closer to places where we live, work and play, as part of our long-term land use plans. Go off the beaten path to rediscover the iconic Rail Corridor, and hop on a chartered bus to learn more about how we are shaping Singapore’s future together with a visit to the DMP roving exhibition, on view at Great World City (until 28 September 2025).
A special tour that is not to be missed, come ignite your curiosity, spark your imagination and glean valuable insights that can transform our everyday experiences.
